Founded in 2006, Lontium Semiconductor Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture registered in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, China. The design center is located in Hefei, China, with branches in Oregon, USA and Shenzhen, China. Lontium specializes in the design, development and sales of integrated circuits, with a number of core technologies and proprietary intellectual property. Lontium's high-speed interface chipset (HDMI, MHL, DP) and high-definition display chipset technology leadership. Lontium's self-developed ClearedEdge is a combination of high-speed interface core technology and system design solutions that can be used in a variety of high-speed serial I/O interface chips to improve performance and reduce costs.
