Featuring independent inputs and enable with sufficient hysteresis, the LM5108DRCR offers maximum control flexibility and improved system robustness in noise prone applications such as motor drives. The matched low-side and high-side outputs allow for dead-time optimization, resulting in improved efficiency. Furthermore, the 5-V UVLO enables the driver to operate at lower bias supplies, allowing the power stage to operate at higher switching frequency without increasing switching losses. The VDD and HB UVLO threshold specifications ensure that both the high-side and low-side driver turns on typically at 5 V. The on-board bootstrap diode eliminates the need for an external discrete diode, improving board space utilization and enabling dense power designs such as power tools
